For all who want to get in the mood for the Rock That Swing Festival or just want to dance Thursday evening the "Taktlücke" invites you for the Pre-Party "In The Mood". In pleasant athomsphere you can get in contact with the teachers who already arrived and really rock it up to hot Swing and Boogie music.

As last year the Jamboree Ball will take place at the interim location of Deutsches Theater the beautiful marquee in Fröttmaning. Four phenomenal Bands invite you for dancing on two dance–floors till dawn. Additionally there will be again an open dance contest Boogie Woogie Cup and high quality show acts up on the agenda.

Bop Around the Clock

In 1972 record DJ icon Chuck Hermann brought the "Fifties Record Hop" to life. Since
this time you can kick up your heels every Sunday to hot records. For more than 20 years the "Fifties Record
Hop" is happening at the "Max-Emanuel-Brauerei".
As on the other days of the festival, live music will be heating things up. Two top line-up bands
Safe, Sane & Single the
Souvenirs
and DJs will bring your ears and feet to a red-hot glow.
Also the dancecontest Fast Feet Jack & Jill Turnier
will be presented.

For the untiring ones, after the evening venues on Saturday, Sunday and Monday an After Hours Party starting at 01:30 h will take place at Taktlücke at Stachus. Live music from Vegas Special, Munich and Mark Tortorici of the Hollywood combo from Los Angelos and different DJ's provide musical Entertainement.
